Longhorn started with a simple idea: technology works best when it's built by people who understand how a business runs. Our backgrounds span software development, retail operations, and e-commerce. We've managed inventory, orders, and customers ourselves, so we build for the day-to-day, not the demo.
Today that means one partner across AI, business systems, the web, and security, so you don't have to coordinate separate vendors.
Meet the Founder
Chris has always been drawn to technology. As a kid, he was constantly tinkering, figuring out how things work, and staying ahead of the latest innovations. That curiosity led to a decade in e-commerce, where he served as the technology backbone for a sporting goods company, bridging the gap between business operations and the systems that power them.
What sets Chris apart is his ability to speak both languages. He understands the day-to-day realities of running a business: inventory, workflows, customer management. And he knows which technology will make a real difference. After years of helping companies scale through smarter systems and automation, he founded Longhorn Web Solutions to bring that same hands-on expertise to businesses ready to grow.
A California transplant who's fully embraced the Texas lifestyle (yes, he owns boots now), Chris lives in Central Texas with his wife and two kids. When he's not building digital solutions, you'll find him outdoors with his family, probably explaining how something works.
