What we did: We took over a project with a lot of open issues and fixed the problems the team was dealing with day to day. Then we rebuilt their storefront and upgraded their in-house financing into a complete system, with step-by-step applications on the website, financing at checkout, and an application pipeline their staff manage in Odoo.
